Shouldn't be the carbs. Totally dismantled, anything even remotely dirty replaced with new Honda parts, very pricey. The bike does not run the stock tank or vacuum operated petcock. It has the line form the head rerouted to the airbox, and the airbox vapor recovery lines form a closed loop system like on semi-modern Jeep Cherokee 2.8L V6's. All other vacuum lines are new, as is the fuel line, and were replaced one at a time so they wouldn't get crossed. The bike ran very rich, making a lot more power than the Savage could ever hope to. I could easily ride a wheel stand on this, can't even pull the Savage tire off the ground. If I can resurrect it, Lisa will go back too it in a heartbeat. She seems to be getting bored with the Savage as quickly as I am.
